⁵⁹ So this is what the Lord God says. Shall I do with you just as you have done, you who despised your oath, thereby breaking the covenant? ⁶⁰ No, just the opposite, I myself will remember my covenant I made with you during the days of your youth, and I will establish an everlasting covenant for you. ⁶¹ Then you will remember your ways and be ashamed when you receive your sisters who are older than you, in addition to those who are younger than you, and I will give them to you as daughters, and not outside your covenant.^[a]
